SHIPPING GUIDELINES

All sales are final, orders can take up to 10 business days to ship, business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

***FREEZING TEMPERATURES***
If you live in an area with below-freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing.

We only ship within the continental United States.  You can choose your preferred shipping of Economy or Standard Shipping on checkout.  

Orders typically are shipped in up to 10 business days. On occasion, there are delays from shipping companies and delays due to weather that are out of our control. SALE SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you placed an order during a sale, shipping times are different. 

WHERE'S MY SHIPMENT?

You should have received an email (or text) from my store when you placed your order, and again when your order shipped.  If you did not receive these emails, please search your spam folder, promotions folder, or social folder for any email from customercare@theturnedleg.com

Every shipment from my store is tracked by either a U.S. Post Office Tracking Number, or a UPS Tracking Number.  This tracking number will be in your order shipment email.  You should be able to click your tracking number in the email to track it instantly.

DAMAGES & MISSING PACKAGES

Missing packages need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. Past that time frame the customer can submit a missing mail request at USPS.com OR UPS.com. Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS or UPS website. If it is passed the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and we will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. We will reship whatever is damaged if there are extra or we will send a refund if it is within 24 hours of it being delivered, but only as long as pictures are given to prove damage and you keep the box, the packaging contents and product so the shipping company is able to process the claim. Without the photos and package we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged. In those cases you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company to receive a refund. Email description of the damage, photos, and name or order number to customercare@theturnedleg.com

WE'RE GREEN

Please note, I am a "Green Company" and occasionally re-use shipping boxes and packaging when able.  Again, this is to keep costs down.  Please rest assured I ensure your package is well protected.
