Refund policy

 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ARE FINAL. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. Please double check that you have everything in your cart.  Warranties are not expressed or implied. 

 

***DAMAGES & MISSING PACKAGES***
Missing packages need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. Past that time frame the customer can submit a missing mail request at USPS.com OR UPS.com. Most of our products clean easily and will just require water and soap to clean off the items it leaked on. Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS or UPS website. If it is passed the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and we will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. We will reship whatever is damaged if there are extra or we will send a refund if it is within 24 hours of it being delivered, but only as long as pictures are given to prove damage and you keep the box, the packaging contents and product so the shipping company is able to process the claim. Without the photos and package we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged. In those cases you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company to receive a refund. Email description of the damage, photos, and name or order number to customercare@theturnedleg.com

 

 

RETURN POLICY - BRUSH CARE

Do NOT soak your brushes for long periods of time as it may cause the bristles to loosen from the head of the brush. Most of the Paint Pixie brushes are a natural and synthetic mix bristle. From time to time you might find a stray bristle as you paint. To help eliminate this, prior to painting you can flick the bristles back and forth like you would a deck of cards. Any loose bristles should work their way to the top so you can remove them. The natural bristles are hair and may break off as you’re painting, just as our hair does when we brush or comb it.
